The main building is designed by Rungus Longhouse. Inside you will learn the rich and diverse culture of local Sabahan as well as their history. Beside the main building, you will explore the Science and Technology Center, Heritage Village, and ethnobotanical garden.

Likas Floating Mosque

The famous floating mosque, "Masjid Bandaraya". The architecture of this building is inspired by the Nabawi Mosque in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Here, you can take pictures with the amazing view of the structure and sea view.

This is the place to buy souvenirs and use your hogging skill. The Filipino market consists of hundreds of tiny stores. It ranges from local precious pearls, handicrafts, souvenirs, and local foods! This is a must place to go and to get a piece of Sabah to bring home.

Sabah is known for its local dry food such as the famous local anchovies known as ikan bilis mata biru, amplang, kuih cincin, and sabah tea. This is the place to go to buy local dry food.
